Every contractor on Handy Home goes through HandyCheck, our profile review of their business details and the documents they submit. It's a profile review, not a background check or license verification, so you can still add your own requirements.
A tenant request is a request. Work is scheduled only after you or your rules approve it, and you set the spending limits.
The assigned service provider sees what they need for the visit. Other contractors never see a tenant's name or phone number.
Requests, approvals, photos and completion notes are kept per unit, so you have something to show an owner or reference at move-out.
