Comparing bids and hiring

Each bid includes a price and a message from the contractor. You’ll find every bid in your dashboard, under the job and in the Bids inbox.

Before you choose

• Open the contractor’s profile to see their trades, experience and any reviews
• Message them with questions; ask what the price includes
• Be wary of a bid far below the others; it may leave out part of the work

Accepting a bid

When you accept a bid, the job is marked as hired and the other pending bids are declined. Message your contractor to schedule the work. There is no obligation to accept any bid.
