Before a contractor’s profile goes live, someone on our Atlanta team reviews it by hand. We check that their trade matches the work they want, that they serve the areas they list, and that their business details are real.

What it isn’t

HandyCheck is not a background check, a license verification or an insurance check, and it doesn’t guarantee the quality of anyone’s work. If your project needs a licensed or insured contractor, ask for proof before hiring.
